CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped, Refund will be initiated within a week from our Bank . To cancel your order, call us at 919983862752. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

EXCHANGE

Being into category of Precious and luxury goods, we do not accept Exchanges.

However , we can sometime consider it if customer is visiting us personally at our store , based on prevailing market price or our valuation and selleablity in the market.
